Michael Cherry, CFA

Since 2011. Mr. Cherry has performed due diligence and financial analysis of hundreds of multifamily deals.
Mr. Cherry has been the lead equity investor and sponsor in each of MCMG’s acquisitions.
Mr. Cherry oversees MCMG’s management of 482 units worth approximately $94 million.
He is a retired Managing Director, high Yield/Distressed securities at Jeffries/JPMorgan/Bear Stearns/CSFB/Merrill Lynch for 27 years.
Mr. Cherry graduated from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in 1988 and is a Charted Financial Analyst.

Michael Goldburg
Co-Founder, Managing Partner at MCMG Management, LLC.
Since 2011, Mr. Goldburg has performed due diligence and financial analysis on hundreds of multi-family deals.
Mr. Goldburg oversees MCMG’s management of 479 units worth approximately $90 million.
Mr. Goldburg is CFO and Managing Partner at Post & Beam, LLc. a South Florida construction company specializing in heavy timber construction and hardscapes.
He has also been a principal in the family business of general construction, real estate development and custom home building since 1992.
Over the past 10 years, Mr. Goldburg’s businesses have grossed more than $100 million in revenue on some of the largest construction projects in Florida. Mr. Goldburg graduated from University of Florida in 1992.
