Sunshine Condos

The sponsors raised equity from investors and have been acquiring condominium units (one at a time in most cases) to build a portfolio of condominium units in South Florida. Currently we own 35 units in 2 different condo associations controlled by the Sponsors and managed by MCMG Management. After deploying most of the capital, Sunshine Condos is now delivering consistent, tax-sheltered returns of 6-10% annually with strong capital appreciation. The successful implementation of the acquisition strategy is almost complete and the Sponsors and many of the investors are working on a second fund raise of $5-10million.
